A good contact for you would be Bob Siener.  His father Frances was one of John Sebastian Siener’s children.  I know Bob could fill you in on all of that part of the family as his father had spent several years working on tracing the Siener name.  I am pretty sure Bob has all of that information now or at least has access to it.  Bob’s father Francis was a traveling salesman that opened a motel in Lake Charles, LA, and that is where he raised his family (Bob also has a sister).  The name of the motel was The Siener Motel and I know Frances sold it many years ago.  Bob might be able to provide photos of the hotel.  I was not sure it was even still open but I found a few references to it on Google, though all were foreign sites.  There were no pictures available but here’s one with a map - http://hotelburst.cn/usa/louisiana/lakecharles/45/155448.html
