Paul Richard Siener was born to James Monroe and Catherine Alysious (Strobel) Siener on April 29, 1939, on his fathers birthday.

Paul Married Alice Sue Farmer on April 16, 1960 at the First United Methodist Church in Golconda, Illinois.

To this union two sons were born Steven Richard on February 3, 1961 and Gregory Kent on October 17, 1963

Paul and Alice Sue lived in and around Elgin Illinois where Paul was a carpenter and Alice Sue a home maker and Real Estate agent later.

In 1979 the family moved to Gilbertsville, Kentucky.
